Returns & Exchanges

Here at Peachy Pear Clothing we want to make sure every piece of clothing we sell makes you feel amazing. That is why we are always on hand to advise on any aspect of your purchase. Simply use the chat function on this website or email thepeachypeartribe@gmail.com

We also accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item for all full priced items. The buyer is responsible for paying return postage and Peachy Pear Clothing cannot accept responsibility for any item lost during transit. 

When your item is received, we will quality check and issue a full refund of the purchase price including initial postage costs.

Items that have been worn, washed or altered will not be refunded.

Faulty items will be dealt with on a 'case by case' basis. Please contact us directly with photographs and an overview of the issue and we will respond as soon as possible. All faulty items will need to be returned before a refund can be issued. Items believed to be damaged by the customer, due to incorrect wear or care, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

You may also exchange your item within a 14 day period. The buyer will be required to pay the additional postage costs for the exchange.

Sales/promotional items and items purchase with a discount code are not eligible for our usual return policy. Sales items will be refunded minus the initial postage cost.

Please allow 7 working days from the day we receive the return for returns to be processed and refund to be issued. You can use a tracked service or contact us to check if the return has been received. The refund will show via your original payment method in 3-5 working days.
